Vibrant Table Catering & Events, recently renamed Salvador Mollys Vibrant Table, has renewed their contract as the exclusive caterer and events coordinator to the Portland Art Museum.

Vibrant Table is a full-service provider of catering and events for home, office and major venues including The Treasury Ballroom, Portland City Hall, Rex Hill Vineyards, Portland Center Stage Gerding Theater and Urban Wineworks, among others.

Salvador Mollys' relationship with the Portland Art Museum, integrating their catering and events operations with the Museum's, began in 2000. In 2004 they were named PAM's exclusive provider.

Vibrant Table Catering & Events provides services in management of the Museum Café, Campus Catering, and Catering and Events management. As PAM's exclusive food services provider, Vibrant Table works in concert with museum personnel to coordinate catering services for specific events, from special meetings for trustees or docents to non-profit fundraisers in the Grand Ballroom. 

Salvador Mollys served over 380 PAM events last year. They continue to build upon their capacity to host high-caliber events and have generated substantial improvements in their events infrastructure. In concert with the Museum's refurbishment of the Mark building in 2006, Vibrant Table redesigned and remodeled their ballroom staging area to further streamline their services.

Delivering a full range of services to a high-volume customer roster while still keeping each event fresh and personalized isn't easy. Yet, the fact that Vibrant Table manages to do it consistently, and with such élan, has made them a rare industry success.

President Art Fortuna reports shifts in two major aspects of the business. Food selection, with the recent hiring of a new Executive Chef, J. Steven Brockman, has become markedly more sophisticated and complex. Event services –- design, music, décor, floral, performance, and installation - continue to expand under the direction of Vibrant Table's Creative Director Kurt Beadell.

The company is confident that the Vibrant Table name better reflects their mission and expertise as a full service catering and events company. While a formal branding change and public communications strategy are under development, announcements to other partners and staff are scheduled for June 2007.
